Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your recent purchase. Our customers are our top priority and so is your satisfaction. Immediately upon arrival of your new Bean Bag and other accessories, inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any visible damages, please note this on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves. If your package arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the shipping materials, and contact Fed Ex or our customer service department immediately.

Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. Within this time will refund 100% of your purchase price, however you are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product to us. Returns accepted within 30-60 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges to return the product. No returns will be accepted beyond 60 days from the date of purchase.

Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the pictures shown. If you have any questions or would like to request a fabric swatch prior to making your order, please don't hesitate to email us or call us toll free at (800) 823-9035.

If for any reason your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, missing items, etc., please call or email us immediately to report the issue, and we will send a replacement item at no cost to you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Mon-Sat 8:00a – 9:00p ET.
Return Instructions
  • Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
  • Items must be in the same new, unused condition as when shipped along with its original packaging. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

    You MUST have a RMA# before returning your product. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
    Sending Back or Exchanging a Product
    After you receive the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and return address, pack the product back into its original box and packaging, if applicable. Place your contact information, order number, and reason for return along with the RMA code inside the box. Please note whether you would like a refund or if you would like for us to send you a different product.

    Please write Attention: RMA Code _____ underneath the Company name and before the proper shipping address given to you by our Customer Service Team. Please securely seal the package and send via UPS or insured via USPS. By sending in this manner, the package can be easily traced and allow us to process your return much sooner. Bean Bag Zone is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    Incorrect Order Shipped

    International Shipping
    Bean Bag Zone currently ships to the U.S. and Canada only. Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii may incur shipping charges, so please check in advance. Because of daily fluctuations in exchange rates, and because we must manually calculate these orders, it will take 48 to 72 hours to process and we will notify you via email of the final price before processing your order. You will not be charged until you verify and accept the charges. Final shipping costs will not include duty, taxes or any brokerage fees. These will be billed separately.
