- We want you to be 100% satisfied with your recent purchase. Our customers are our top priority and so is your satisfaction.
Immediately upon arrival of your new Bean Bag and other accessories, inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If you notice any visible damages, please note this on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves. If your package arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the shipping materials, and contact Fed Ex or our customer service department immediately.
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. Within this time will refund 100% of your purchase price, however you are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the product to us. Returns accepted within 30-60 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges to return the product. No returns will be accepted beyond 60 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the pictures shown. If you have any questions or would like to request a fabric swatch prior to making your order, please don't hesitate to email us or call us toll free at (800) 823-9035.
If for any reason your order is incorrect, damaged, defective, missing items, etc., please call or email us immediately to report the issue, and we will send a replacement item at no cost to you as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Mon-Sat 8:00a – 9:00p ET. - Change or Cancel Order
- At BeanBagZone.com, many of our items are custom made to order as soon as the order is placed and in most cases, production and delivery takes 1-2 weeks but can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the product. All of our orders are shipped immediately after production, and once they are in the shipping queue, we cannot cancel the order.
We allow changes and cancellations within 48-hours of placing your order with us, and these changes are free of charge to you. Only one change per item in the order is allowed. Beyond our 48-hour grace period, you may still change or cancel your order, however, you will be charged a 15% handling fee to make these changes.
Please note, if the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping stage, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.

- Occasionally we must place an item on backorder due to its popularity amongst our customers. Until additional inventory is received, we will not be able to fulfill your order, however, someone from our Customer Service Team will promptly notify you and provide you with options to fulfill your order.

In the event that the order exceeds the Gift Certificate amount you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.

- We fully support all of our manufacturers' product guarantees. Warranty time frames vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, which include but are not limited to defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This does not apply where the product is misused, abused, altered, or used for other than the intended purpose or where the product is accidentally damaged by the user.
Warning: Our bean bag products should not be used by children under the age of three without adult supervision. Serious injury could result from jumping on or off these products.

- Products sold and shipped to the state of Colorado are subject to a 3% sales tax.
All other orders are tax-free, and will be until State Laws mandate otherwise.
