• By accepting a prize, all winners agree to provide Bean Bag Zone with a photo of them in their new designer bean bag chair, and a testimonial about the product. The Zone may post his/her name, picture, and testimonial on the "Monthly Prize Winner" section of BeanBagZone.com and in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
  
  
• By accepting a prize, all winners agree that Bean Bag Zone, their affiliates, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Bean Bag Zone, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.
  
  
• Winners will be chosen randomly on the last day of each month, and announced on our website by the 15th of the following month.
