Change or Cancel Order
At BeanBagZone.com, many of our items are custom made to order as soon as the order is placed, and production and delivery may take up to 3 weeks. All of our orders are shipped immediately after production, and once they are in the shipping queue, we cannot cancel the order. We allow changes and cancellations within 48-hours of placing your order with us, and these changes are free of charge to you. Only one change per item in the order is allowed. Beyond our 48-hour grace period, you may still change or cancel your order, however, you will be charged a 15% handling fee to make these changes. Please note, if the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping stage, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy.
