Should I buy a liner for my bean bag chair?
What’s in a liner? Well, it’s very simple…do you want to be able to remove your bean bag cover and throw it in the washing machine? If you answered yes to this question, then you will need a liner for your bean bag couch or chair. Not everyone needs this, but if you are like me, it’s worth spending the extra dough and having something that you can wash. But, then again, I’m the kind of girl who can barely get through a meal without some little spot of something on my shirt or pants. Stain remover is pretty popular in my laundry room.
Some bean bag chairs are easier than others to clean. For example, the Jaxx Bean Bags are indoor/outdoor bags and are made with a fabric that is easy to just wipe clean. The Fatboy Fox Sports bag is very similar. And all Jaxx and Zak products acutally come with a standard liner, no extra charge. They have easy to zip off covers, and all are machine washable. But if a Foof bag is more your style, then you might consider purchasing the liner upgrade, otherwise your options are spot-clean-only.
Even if you have a bag that’s machine washable, take good care to clean it only in cold water and lay flat or line dry. You don’t want to put that sucker in a hot dryer, or it will come out looking like that sweatshirt you accidentally shrunk and had to give to your little brother. Hate when that happens…
